How long would would PapyrkarZ last in refrigerator? Thank you. It looks good and I want to make it. But I am concerned about how long to keep.
A few days in the fridge. You can also seal in pasteurized jars. Fill sanitized jars with paprykarz, seal jars and simmer on low in water bath for 20-30 min, longer for large jars. Once pasteurized it will keep unrefrigerated for quite a while.
The Polish 4 meals sounds like a dairy farm eating schedule.
