Easy Polish Celery Salad {Surówka z Selera}
This may seem as an unusual combination; celery root and cream. It is surprisingly delicious and fresh. I like making it in the winter when fresh veggies like tomatoes and cucumbers just don’t taste as good as they do in the summer. It is a pretty commonly made side dish and it goes well with any dinner.
This salad can also be found as one of the components of a “salad mix”, a variety of salads that many restaurants serve with dinner. Salad mix can consist of: sauerkraut slaw, carrot salad, beet salad, leek salad, mizeria {cucumber salad} or more.
