1. Pierogi

Pierogi is an obvious choice, as it should be. There is a vast variety, they are portable AND every reason is a good reason to eat pierogi. Meat, potato and cheese, sauerkraut and mushrooms or even fruit pierogi. There are many to choose from. 4. Polish Bacon Spread {Smalec}

This aromatic and meaty spread will be a show stopper. Serve with slices of hearty bread with slices of pickles and onions.

5. Polish Meatballs {Pulpety}

Savory beef and pork meatballs in an irresistible creamy gravy. You can also make this ahead of time, place in a crock pot to keep warm. I suggest you make a double batch. They will go fast.

6. Polish Meat Patties {Mielone}

I’d suggest to make these fried meat patties smaller, or in a form of a meatball. Place a container of toothpicks next to them and see them disappear.

7. Beef Shish Kebobs {Szaszłyki}

Grill masters out there, this one is for you. A combination of smoky bacon, charred onion and aromatic meat makes a great combination of sweet and savory. Substitute beef for chicken, if you prefer.

8. Polish Deviled Eggs – 4 Ways {Jaja Faszerowane}

We all know that deviled eggs are always a HUGE hit. I’m presenting to you 4 recipes for deviled eggs Polish way. I’m sure you will find at least one to make for the big day.

9. Hunter’s Stew {Bigos}

Because every Polish party is not a party without a pot of bigos. Sauerkraut and mushroom mixture, spiked with your favorite meat, beef, pork or sausage. Stick in a crock pot and enjoy the game.

10. Polish Veggie Salad {Sałatka Jarzynowa}

Another Polish classic always served at parties. Mixture of potatoes, carrots, pickles, onions and eggs will put the classic potato salad to shame.

11. Onion Rolls {Cebulaki}

Savory rolls topped with sweet onions are a great grab-and-go snack. They will also make a delicious addition to grilled sausages, chicken or any other meat dish.

12. Spiced Beer {Grzaniec}

Grzaniec is hot beer spiced with cloves and sweetened with honey. This will come in handy if you’re spending some time in the cold outdoors. Fill the thermos and pass it around.
